Real Estate Printing Services: Looking for A New Printer?

The new enforcement of RESPA has many people searching for real estate printing services in Scottsdale, Phoenix and beyond. RESPA is not a new rule, in fact it has been in place for decades. However, recent enforcement of the rule has gotten a lot of attention. If you are not familiar with RESPA and you are a real estate agent make sure to talk to your broker or look online for more details (we are printers, not experts in consumer protection real estate law).

Basically, it means that title companies can no longer offer an “item of value” to agents. For many agents, their title company provided them with low cost printing options. The new enforcement of RESPA basically means, no more free printing, no more discounts on photography packages, and no more free graphic design.

If they are audited and find any of those freebies, it could result in major financial and legal challenges.

But there is no need to panic! We have your back. Splash Printing and Marketing works with title companies, real estate agents and brokers to provide a simple low cost, high quality printing solution for flyers, direct mail and more. We have been providing real estate printing services across the Valley of the Sun for over 30 years.

Plus, we keep your files on hand so we can quickly create a graphic design consistent with your brand. And if you have a great graphic designer on your team we have a new online ordering platform that allows them to upload your designs and quickly place the order directly. Local printing services, made easier through technology.

If you like talking to a real person, you can do that too! Below is a quote from one of our real estate clients.

If you have any questions let us know. We look forward to working with you. In order to show you how much we love working with real estate professionals, we are running a special deal. When you call, mention this blog to receive the below special:
